AGREEMENT TO TERMS

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Shoopim is a platform that allows you to sell your products through your own website, but we do not act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers or process payments in any way.
SUBSCRIPTION AND SERVICE DELIVERY
Creating a Shoopim store costs money. Once you complete your registration and payment, your order will be reviewed within 24 hours (this period may be extended in some cases) and you will be notified by creating your store page when the accuracy of your registration information is confirmed.
When registering with Shoopim, your account information must be complete and accurate. If we suspect that your account information is incorrect or belongs to someone else, we reserve the right to close your account and suspend your service.
Incorrect or suspicious records will never be approved and we may request additional documentation from you to ensure the accuracy of your information.
PAYMENTS
Payments/subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy LLC.
Unless you notify us of your desire to cancel services or terminate your subscription, you agree that you will be billed automatically on a regular basis using your credit card or other billing information on file to avoid any disruption to your service.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date and that all invoices are paid on time. We are not responsible for accounts suspended or canceled due to unpaid invoices.
You cannot retrieve the data of an account suspended due to unpaid invoice without payment. (Data of canceled accounts will be permanently deleted.)
Shoopim reserves the right to change prices or other fees at any time without notice. Additionally, coupons are only valid for new accounts or first purchases. It cannot be used to purchase a new service or renew a service unless stated otherwise.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You are responsible for everything you post on your store page. Spamming, sharing adult content, impersonating any person or entity, uploading, posting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (“Rights”) of any party, engaging in illegal activities It is prohibited to be present and upload any other malicious content that harms people.
Stores that do not comply with this rule will be immediately disabled and permanently deleted.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE
We reserve the right to terminate your service in cases such as not paying the subscription renewal fee, delaying it, causing your store usage to disrupt the functionality of our servers, consuming excessive resources on the server, uploading unauthorized content, or if your store page is subject to any cyber attack.
YOUR DATA AND FILES
We do not guarantee data restores from our archives and restore to a previous version. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Shoopim is not responsible for the files/data or data loss in your account. Shoopim backup plan runs weekly and overwrites our backups in case of any disaster.
SUBMISSIONS
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the site (“Submissions”) provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without any acknowledgment or compensation to you. You waive all moral rights to any such postings, and you warrant that any such postings are original with you or that you have the right to submit such postings. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.
